Face-to-face Working

Talking about personal things can feel daunting. However, my clients mention feeling heard, free from judgement and respected, in a way not often found in every day life. They feel comfortable and more able to deal with the challenges they face.

I work face to face, but during COVID times I learned that online work has great benefits and so this will always be part of my practice,

I am an accredited member of the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCPP). This means you can be confident that my professional training and skills adhere to the BABCP's high standards.  It also means I can use the protected title of Psychotherapist.

You can find me on the Professional  Standards Accredited Register and you have  the right to complain to them should you  be unhappy with the therapy you  receive.

Multilinguistic

We also offer online therapy in a range of languages to ensure accessibility and inclusivity, allowing individuals from diverse linguistic backgrounds to receive culturally sensitive and effective care.
