About Us

Committing to change can often be the hardest part of therapy. Whether you are living with anxiety, low mood, intrusive thoughts, impulsive behaviours, or you are self soothing using addictive substances and behaviours, by accessing therapy you will begin to understand yourself better and with less judgement. You will find yourself more able to make the changes you want to make to feel better.

BABCP Accredited

BABCP accreditation signifies that a CBT therapist has undergone rigorous training in both general mental health and CBT, and maintains high standards of practice.

Our office provides a safe, calm space where you can freely discuss your thoughts and feelings, and work towards lasting positive change.

In both face-to-face and online sessions, we work responsively and collaboratively with our clients to help them achieve their goals for therapy.

Face-to-face Working

Talking about personal things can feel daunting. However, my clients mention feeling heard, free from judgement and respected, in a way not often found in every day life. They feel comfortable and more able to deal with the challenges they face.

I work face to face, but during COVID times I learned that online work has great benefits and so this will always be part of my practice,

I am an accredited member of the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCPP). This means you can be confident that my professional training and skills adhere to the BABCP's high standards.  It also means I can use the protected title of Psychotherapist.

You can find me on the Professional  Standards Accredited Register and you have  the right to complain to them should you  be unhappy with the therapy you  receive.

Multilinguistic

We also offer online therapy in a range of languages to ensure accessibility and inclusivity, allowing individuals from diverse linguistic backgrounds to receive culturally sensitive and effective care.
