Our Mission
When life trips us up we can often work it out with the support of family and friends. But when how we feel gets in the way of how we want to live our lives, talking to someone trained to listen, can be more useful.
We are a small, group practice offering a range of talking therapies for individuals of all ages, groups & corporate clients. We also offer Relationship Counselling.
We can relate to the challenges life throws up and appreciate that it can be difficult to prioritize ourself when life is so busy.
Our therapy sessions can offer a quiet, safe and consistent space for you to feel listened to, without judgement in a way we don't often have time for in the busy lives we lead.
We work face to face at our Goldenacre, Broughton Street and Causewayside offices, as well as online. We provide therapy in English, Italian, Spanish, Urdu, Latvian, Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, Cantonese and Mandarin, so you can feel comfortable and cared for.
