Fed Up Being Anxious All The Time?

We all feel anxious sometimes. This is our body's way of preparing us for something that needs effort. Think of the run up to an exam or a deadline at work. It's a natural respsone to life's challenges. Some anxiety helps us up our game to meet our goals.

Too much anxiety breaks us down and gets in the way of living our day to day life. If this is happening to you, you are not alone. Generally, levels of anxiety increase as uncertainty rises and these are certainly uncertain times in which we are living.
